Spire Stays was founded by Austyn and Dylan, two operators from hospitality, marketing and tourism, with hands on experience of short term rentals. Austyn leads marketing and guest experience. Dylan leads operations and standards. When you deal with Spire Stays, you deal with the people responsible for the result.
Why we started
Too many Prague apartments are managed badly or left empty, and too many landlords are pulled into work they never signed up for. Our answer is simple: care for each apartment the way a good hotel cares for its rooms, and let the owner get on with life.
